At My Camo Store, every product is custom-printed just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our gear, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

  • Timeline: You must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Evidence Required: Please email us at [Your Email] with photos of the damaged item and the QR code on the packaging/shipping list.

  • Resolution: If the error is on our end or a manufacturing defect (blurry print, wrong garment, or significant sizing deviation of more than 3cm), we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production facility immediately.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 10 minutes of payment.

  • After 10 minutes, the materials have been cut and the item is in production. At that point, we can only refund the shipping fee.

Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 30 days, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement.
